Granite Kitchen & Bath is undoubtably one of the best fabricators in Tucson. And, with the owner, Mike Schiffler, is all about customer satisifaction. Our kitchen island is a batwing setup and required two bookmark slabs with a 48", 20 degree seam. Maching the veins, grain and pattern on the island seam was most important to us. Agapo, their lead craftsman fabricator, worked with us making suggestions on the best layout not only for the island but for the other countertops throughout the templating process. We also had them manufacture for us from our granite slab, a matching granite sink, which they did a beautiful job on and was definately worth the extra cost. During the install the crew was incredible. They removed and then installed the new granite. They did so w/o chipping any Kitchen backsplash tile and w/o scraping the speciality flaux paint work in the butler's pantry (not an easy feat) . From the very1st meeting, I knew I had chosen the right people! Mike & I walked the slab yard with my cabinet & flooring colors in mind to find the perfect choice of granite. The project went like clockwork; professional crew came in to make the template followed by skilled prep of the granite & install went in quickly. All aspects were covered by Mike. There is one seam in the counter & it is not visible unless I point out how exceptional it is!!!!!! I love how it has lightened up my kitchen & the ease of cleanup. Highly recommended for the personal touch from owners to install crew & complete satisfaction! You will be so happy with the final result!!!!
